Recordkeeping

We provide daily recordkeeping services using one of the top recordkeeping systems. Through our partnership with MidAtlantic Financial Platforms Corporation we provide access to thousands of Mutual fund companies and through our partnership with TD Ameritrade we are able to offer a Self-Directed Brokerage product. We can also provide back office support and have the capability to use your private label or the clients.

Plan Design and Support

We offer plan design and have the ability to prepare plan documents for several qualified plan types through our partnership with Fort William LLC. We will also prepare any plan amendments that result from client requested plan revisions or IRS law changes.

Plan Administration

In addition to daily recordkeeping services and same day automated trading we provide compliance support. We prepare the required compliance testing including coverage testing, 415 testing, ADP/ACP testing and Top Heavy testing. We also prepare a signature ready Form 5500.
